Ability to whitelist which bots can DM us/allow some bots to DM us

Often, when we want to disable messages from a specific server, we still may want to receive messages from the server bot (like administrative actions, notifications, etc.). Currently, we can only disable messages from everyone, including the bots, or enable messages from everyone. I'd like to request a feature that would allow us to specify which bots do we want to allow to DM us, even after we've toggled "Allow direct messages from server members" on every server we share with the bot. This would essentially act like adding a bot to friends.
