channel message restrictions

I think there needs to be an option to modify specific channels in a server so that if there's a specific way the channel's moderators\creators want a channel to be used to, they can set pre-written parts of your message that you can't delete and have to include them in every message you send in that channel. For example: a looking for group\players channel in a gaming channel, the creators\moderators want to have a specific format you need to fill in that channel that looks something like:
Age:
Availability:
Internet quality:
The creators\moderators of the channel could set it so that every message in that channel will have that format of sent messages in that channel in it.
