I recieved automated messages from a friend who did not send it

I keep receiving this message (https://configheaven.com/ Please Check Out My New Site If it doesn't load try a different broswer)from my friend and i have asked him about and he doesn't have any idea who send this, and i tried searching anything regarding this i couldn't find out anything about. Can you guys please look into it.

    I have also been getting the same message from people on my friends list so this isn’t an isolated incident. I have also see the same url getting posted on bot accounts on Reddit along with accounts of people who have been mostly inactive. The person of my friends list On discord is also mostly inactive. I sent the information to their twitter dms along with pictures on the conversation. I have deleted the friend since I would get the message sequence once or twice a day the past few days. The conversation is gone so I can’t fill a report correctly on their site forms but hopefully they will see it in their dms.
