Add the emoji of the Ikurriña flag.

In my opinion you should add the Ikurriña to the flag list in the emoji menu. It's the flag of the region that is in northern Spain.

  Hello! I know this is quite old, but Discord doesn't control what emojis they offer as they get their emojis from Twitter's Twemoji emoji set. Twitter in turn determines what emojis they create based on decisions made by the Unicode Consortium. EDIT: Sorry, I was replying to a similar comment and forgot to account for nuances in the requests. Flag emojis are no longer done by request and will be added automatically. There is nothing you can do to obtain this emoji.
