"Do not Disturb" except...

I'm not sure if people came up with this idea before but I had the idea while talking to my friend to bypass someone when having the do not disturb status on, I need this option because I receive a lot of messages daily so most of the times my status is as do not disturb, but there are some people who I don't mind receiving messages or call from, and I miss a lot of calls from them but there are some friends who when they want to talk to me, they will spam until I answer, but I can't mute them because there are rare occasions where they are important and not asking for money or my help on dumb things that they can do without me, there is also a lot of people who message me from servers, so I have to change my status and end up ignoring other people that I shouldn't.

    This is very much a function that we all need. To be able to manually turn friends on and off as Exceptions to DND at our discretion and allow messages or calls through.
