Text Chat Channel Titling

Refering to naming Discord channels you're unable to capitalize and use spacing without having dashes when creatinbg text channels, I've been wondering why this is the case for a while now because it doesnt make much sense to me other than to avoid having the some kinda of coding issue which would make sense from a technical stand point but from a design aspect is personally confusing since you can capitalize and space out voice channels and the core name of the sever.
the same goes for Catagory names but instead of being unable to capilizailze it automatically defaults to capitalization without the option of lower case text.
