Add a function to delete a role on the server.

On one of servers constantly play in game, @Supporter specifying assigned role administrators. Constantly POPs up a notification, and distracting. The disable server feature does not help.

So it would be good to install on the server a status of "bystander" to server administrators could not assign role.

  You can delete roles in discord servers, and please if you could make it more clear, I can not understand anything except ur first sentence.
