Separate the group chats from the direct messages

You could change the way direct messages are displayed, like a conversation will only pop up there when you message that person or they message you instead of when you add them, and separate the groups from normal direct messages, just so its more organised

  I concur. Unlike any other DMs, group chats cannot be hidden -- only left. Anyone looking to keep their direct message inbox clean basically needs to opt out of being in group chats.

  Apologies for necro'ing this but I was going to post the same thing and double-posting is the worse sin, so I chose the lesser of two evils!

  Anyway, it should also be noted that messages in group chats are not necessarily directed towards you, therefore don't really fall under the category of 'direct messages'. Besides, for the sake of tidiness, it would be great to have a separate place for groups, especially if - like me - you have many different groups for different clans in different games.
