New mention feature!

Hey, I wanted to request a feature that I think would be extremely useful on discord. Let's say the chat is active with 5-10 users or more. And let's say I want to send a funny meme that relates to the topic being talked about at the moment and I want to mention these active users. Instead of me having to @ each single user or use @everyone (which would bother any inactive users at the time) I would like a feature that allows you to mention the 10 recent users active at the time all at once. It would be much more convenient I feel. Hope you take this into consideration!
