More Samsung Overlay Support.

So recently, alpha testers received a update exclusively for samsung, which allowed you to mess with voice calls outside of discord with a mobile overlay. Now it's time to expand this idea. It would be nice to have a Facebook Messenger kinda system, where you can just click on the discord bubble to open up discord to see like latest dms, or pings. If will make multitasking between games and discord so much easier with this option. What do y'all think?
