@ Mentions for Roles as an Admin Seems Broken

Hi all, think I'm on the latest version (9/29), but my @ mentions for roles are behaving insane right now

So, this all started with me trying to create a new dedicated role to mention Among Us players (the dedicated Among Us support is awesome, you guys rule for that in general) and I noticed I couldn't @ mention the role on my desktop app. I had the ability to mention it checked and everything. Looking around, I couldn't mention most of my roles and the roles I could mention seemed to change almost randomly based on what channel I was in (in the #dnd channel, I could not mention the DM role; in the #apex channel, I could mention everything).

Looking around, the settings were correct. I then confirmed this on my phone and so did everyone else in the server.

Windows 10 Pro - V 1903.
