Let users can broadcast their computer sound directly through voice channel.

So we can easily sing together on Discord or sharing some funny sound.

  Its currently possible to do this with certain sound cards, but the sound output is laggy at best. My bf and I listen to music together sometimes but often times the sound will just cut out for seconds at a time. Would love to get an integrated system to play computer sounds through the voice chat.
