Reactions

I believe reactions should be set to only 1 reaction per message. I can react as many times to a message using different reactions. I can only use one reaction once but I feel it shouldn't be possible to give more than one reaction as it can cause issues if someone is trying to use reactions to take a poll on something then someone comes along and puts two different reactions which would sway the results falsely.
