Better Direct Messaging Disabled Message

Something frustrating about the ability to disable direct messaging is that anyone who messages you is given a very vague reason as to why they can't message you which lists out possibilities, one of them being that you blocked them.

It would be a very good improvement, if the reason simply says "This user has disabled direct messaging" so that users don't get the wrong idea and think that you have blocked them.
