Tag text channels in direct messages

It's self explanatory. You should be able to hop into dm's and say "#text_channel" and it should let you link text channels, just like you can in servers. Of course, since there will be multiple servers it will have to say "Text_Channel_1 (The Ultimate Server), Text_Channel_2 (The Ultimate Server), text_channel (the one and only...)" etc... but that's a given.

  you can actually do this, you just need to have developer mode on (which is somewhere in user settings)

  you right click on the channel, then click copy id, then go to whatever dm you want to tag the channel in, then type

  <#channel id here>

  for example, if i wanted to tag a channel with the id 123456789, i would type <#123456789> in the dm
