Mentioning sieve-filtered roles

Hey folks. I have an idea that I think many people would like.
My idea is as follows:

Mentioning two or more roles as a filter. Example:
I want to mention Discord Server Admins who are [Game] Server Managers AND are members of role [Time Zone].

A cool way for this to work:
``@Admins ∧ @MinecraftModerator ∧ @EEST``

  do you mean, like, having a function to make your message ping specifically people who have all the roles listed? just making sure i understand your suggestion.

  like, it wouldn't ping all @Admins and all @Mods, but only the people who have @Admin and @Mod roles together.

  if so, i think that's a decent idea!

  Exactly right, @Admin and @Mod but only the people who have both and not only one.
