Use Account Credit on Android Mobile app

Currently, when I am subscribing to Nitro with Google from the Android app, the Discord desktop client says my credit will be used on the day my subscription renews. However, when I wait until this date, the credit fails to apply, and I end up being charged by Google. Then, the date when the desktop client says the credit will be applied changes to the next billing date, and so on.
