Mac app files corrupted, unable to unmute

I can't unmute, and it says press for help but it's only for windows. I don't know how to fix this, pls help

  Same problem, and according to a reddit thread on the same issue, it's affecting a lot of mac users right now with no solution anywhere.

  It's happening to me too. I've tried all the recommended solutions and nothing has changed. Works fine on my phone or in the browser though, just extremely frustrating since it came out of nowhere.

  Same problem here, none of the troubleshooting works at all.
