Moderators could apply spoiler tags on messages

Think a post is good, but might not be suitable for everyone? A meme is a bit too dark without a warning? Or is it a very good messages, but contains a spoiler? Instead of just deleting the message, a moderator (role's permissions) should be able too apply spoiler tags on others post, with a message explaining why it was applied

ex:

Mark 13h:

[spoiler tagged image]

Spoiler tag added by [moderator name or anonymous], Reason: Contains very dark humor, open at own risk

  Would love to see this feature added as people often don't use spoiler tags in our discussion channels when they should.

  This could either be within "MANAGE_MESSAGES" permission, or as its own "APPLY_SPOILERS" Permission?
