Can’t use the app on iPhone and iPad

I can't use my discord app on my iPhone and iPad. I can't hear everyone even hydra any the videos keep on loading and always crashing. I can't communicate with my friends and family and one more thing I try to use my laptop the same thing what happened to my iPad
