user bot restriction

id like to be able to manage permissions in my server to make it so some specific users cant use bot commands

  not possible for discord to fix. bots read messages and if the message contains a command they do something. so I can make a bot that when you message "hi my name is Michael! please DM me!" it messages back "this bot is a bot". so anything can be a command and discord does not control bots and does not know every command. 
  the only way to do this is to have the bot check for the roles you want. so find a bot with this option or make your own bot
