Increase File Size Limit.

Please increase the default file size limit from 8MB to 10MB. I shouldn't need to buy a Nitro subscription, so I can send my friends a video or picture longer than like 20 seconds. I understand that Discord needs to make money off of Nitro, since they are a business, but there are a bunch of people who don't get Nitro at all.

  With modern filetypes, you probably want 15 to 20MB. That even accounts for the really big and detailed images, since I've seen some come to 17MB.

  I agree. Even whatsapp allows us to sendo files up to 64mb. I think discord should do 100mb and above that, should require nitro.
