Don't show a new message for a blocked user.

If a message is new but it's for a blocked user, it shouldn't show a new message for just that if only the blocked user's messages are the new messages. I get annoyed looking at a new message in a text channel to see it's just another blocked message. If we can't not see blocked messages, don't get our hopes up by making it look like there's something worth seeing in a text channel,  when it's just a message you don't/won't want to see anyway.
