Consumable Support Pings
The Context
Roles right now are generally used as a way to tell many people they need to read a message.
An extremely common case however is some level of moderation, help, tech support, etc. Multiple people may have that role, but only one of them actually needs to address the message.
Once one person with that role addresses it however, all the others still have an unread ping, cluttering their alerts.
On large servers, moderators can be left with dozens of unread pings when waking up in the morning, all of which could already have been addressed, but they can't be sure, or clear them, without going through each.
The Solution
Introduce a way for a ping to be 'consumed' for everyone.
This could be based on a setting on that role (eg. a `support` toggle), or a permission for a role (`consume pings`).
By doing this, a moderator could, after noticing a ping, address the situation at hand and then 'consume' the ping, removing the need for other moderators to come and check if the situation has been resolved.
Visuals
I'm less concerned about the appearance, and more the functionality. I imagine however, that it could appear like the `publish` button in announcement channels. Simply `resolve`.
Subsidiary Features
A couple other potential features spring to mind that are directly related:
- Showing the 'resolver' under the message. This might only be visible to people with the role. ie. "Resolved by Joel"
- A search feature to search by resolver. `resolver: Joel`
- A delay feature on push notifications for a role. I believe it is not possible to "undo" a push notification on a phone. This feature could ping PC users normally, but delay push notifications by a configurable duration (eg. 15 min). The push notification would only be sent if the message has not been resolved after this duration.

I'd love to see this implemented! Amazing idea. Would make the job for a lot of large-server-mods much easier. It'd also allow to make something like bug report channels on servers centered around games or software (mods could tag the report as resolved once the bug was fixed).
