Ability to use message ID from deleted messages when reporting breaches to Trust & Security
As a Community Server Administrator, we find breaches of TOS / Guidelines within community chats. As these are breaches, we remove the comments.
The issue is we cant report a comment we have removed to Trust and Security as they can no longer see the original comment.
There needs to be a way I feel for Staff to hide a comment (Only seeable by Admins / Moderators) so they can follow up with reports accordingly.
Similar to what happens when Staff delete comments on the Twitch Platform.

To be honest i kinda see that being possible to replicate but since the only place that has that is twitch, it might be difficult to make it without devs being blamed for copying twitch chat function, however some bots like unbelievaboat i have seen are able to be set so that if a mod/admin uses the purge command, the bot leaves a message in a mod/admin only channel linked to a sheet where it shows what the deleted messages said

Hello discord, my user was 𝓷𝓸𝓵𝓲𝓶𝓲𝓽 .𝓣𝓸𝓴𝔂𝓸✍#0001 and my account was falsely accused of cyber bullying and also falsely accused of harassment. I would like y’all look into that and ask for an appeal because I’ve never done any of those things.
