Discord warned me about ToS but I want to know more about which incident to avoid future rule breaking

So during 3AM last night discord sent a ToS violation warning to me and I'm not really sure what led to it, and I don't intend to deliberately cause trouble so I would like to know where I can learn about where I made that mistake to avoid any future problems, so who do I ask for such guidance?
