Add AND to ping system, so @role1 AND @role2 will ping only those who have all listed roles.
So Imagine big server with hundreds of ppl , clan server for military game with military structure, and ppl diff on rank , squad, functionality .It's realized by roles. And if i need ping those who is online (@ here ) in set of my squad i will ping 60-80 ppl instead 4-5. It's kinda annoying for me and those who was pinged.

I too would like to see this implemented. I run a gaming server and it would be a huge benefit to the way I have roles.
For example. Overwatch has several game modes, and is on several systems. It would be so much easier for me to have a generic - PC /PS4 /XBOX/ Switch roles that could be also used with many games instead of having to make 4 different roles JUST for overwatch. And to further separate it, I could have roles for competitive or casual gaming as well type of thing. doing all this with the current system would require like 8 roles per game, which is not only a hassle for people to understand, but for me to set up roles and menu's for everyone to click all the things they're interested in per game.
