Favorite gifs synced between clients and added to mobile

I just got onto a new computer and was saddened to find that my favorite gifs were empty! Some of these were hard to come across to favorite in the first place. Lucky for me, I had the old computer and an empty server to spam all my gifs into so I could re-favorite them on the new computer.

I've also found that the emoji/gif picker on mobile is great, but it'd be even better if it had access to favorite gifs as well.

  Yes! Sometimes I make gifs and favorite them so I can get them easily, and I'd love to have the Favorite Gifs tab on my phone too!!
