I Cannot Verify Phone Number

I did not accidentally recognize my number to another account. Then I noticed and removed it from the account I added and tried to define it back to my main account. It gave the error "This number is used by another account" and did not accept my verification. Discord support said I had timed out on the issue, now I cannot access the servers I subscribe to and where I am an administrator. Please help me. Thank you.
