There is a guy who stole our members and DM advertised

There is a guy who stole our members and DM advertised to them but they destroyed all evidence so we couldn't confront them. Our members are leaving and joining his server and are lying about my server saying we are a raid group, what is your opinion, everyone? I won't say who the person is for privacy reasons, but I may have to do it just in case.
