Add a "Disclaimer" to certain messages

As the server admin I would like to make certain messages "hidden" but add a disclaimer that the message may be offensive to other uses and give other users the option to still view the message by clicking on it.

Once in a while someone in my professional server will send a message that is not professional, and while I could just delete the message sometimes part of the message contains vital info the other users need to read.

  Moderate it yourself. Spoilers and NSFW channels exist :)
