[STREAMING] Add emoji reactions to streams which appear over the stream view

So viewers can interact with the stream with emojis :D

  I was thinking of the same thing.

  Viewer interaction using emojis should be added so speaking through the mic wouldn't be necessary to show your support to someone who is streaming, not to mention its flexibility. Discord did a great job in making emojis versatile throughout their domain, and this would become an excellent addition.
