shortcut for muting people

So I have this friend who frequently does a lot of annoying sound, so I find that I often have to mute him. But to go into discord to mute/unmute him all the time takes a lot of effort and spare time I usually don't have in a game.

What I want is to be able to set a shortkey for muting/unmuting a specific person, like a macro which you put on one specific friend, or member of a server, or member of a call.
