Role-Exclusive Posts

So there are role exclusive channels, which works for conversations that stay on task and don't switch contexts, however, has there been any development for role exclusive posts? Essentially these would be posts that only certain roles can see but not others. 

I'm perhaps missing something and there's some bot out there that does it (especially with the new spoiler feature, which i would love to know if that exists as well). The goal is to have less channels and be able to tag a certain post as "only this role can see" without moving back and forth between areas. 

Note that the role wouldn't be mentioned on these posts, just regulating so certain roles just see it. A good comparison can be an MMO chat system where there's a single chat with the ability to talk with a specific set of people while staying in context of the chat as a whole.
