Improvements for the gifs page

It would be great if the gifs in the gif page (so by clicking the gif button in chat) would be paused as default (showing the first frame), and played when hovering them. I have between 50 and 100 favorite gifs, and it takes so long and uses so much data just to play them all. Most of the time, I have to wait like around 1-5 minutes (depending on my connection speed) for the gif to change from the blue tile to the gif playing.

It would be a great addition for sure !
