Voice Chat Rework

Have you ever said to yourself "damn I really feel like talking to someone !" ? No ? Me neither, but anyways… So you go on a crusade across all servers you're in to find an active voice channel, but alas, no one. You take your chance and camp in one of them, hoping to see some of the wildlife of the area, only to see Wumpus, coming to kick your ass outta there cuz you're taking bandwidth.

Ok so here's a crazy idea I've had, what if instead of taking bandwidth for nothing, clicking a voice channel made a "request", and your icon would be transparent and booping to indicate you wanna chat, but you wouldn't be connected until someone else joins.

Ok now, what if you could make those requests on multiple channels across multiple servers ? That way more people see you boopin' and more people are comin' for chattin'. Or maybe you're the one to see someone boop, that you wouldn't have otherwise seen because he would've probably camped in another server.
