Add the option to receive notifications about offline messages.

Current situation: If someone sent you a message while your device was offline, you won‘t notice once it‘s connected to the internet again. You literally have to open the app and check every chat to see if you’ve received new messages in the meantime.

Suggestion: Make notifications queue as is WhatsApp and every other messenger.
