Move The Emoji Information Popup To "Frequently Used"

Now when you hover over emojis, a massive thing pops up blocking half the list. Not only that, it tells you what the emoji code is and where it's from. The thing is, all the information the popup displays was originally displayed to begin with. Why do we need a pop up? It is redundant.

To make things worse, it gets in the way when you want to select an emoji

But this feature can still be very useful when dealing with frequent emojis. It can be difficult to know which server an emoji is from in this list; especially when there are repetitive emotes. Therefore I recommend moving this intrusive pop-up to the Frequently Used section. Not only would this make more sense, it also wouldn't get in the way when looking at server specific emotes.
