User-generated role colors

Gives a user the ability to change their role color on any server, regardless of their permissions. You don't need to have a bot like Reaction Roles on your server anymore. There are many different colors, and you probably don't want tons of roles taking up space. This option would be toggled through roles, and allow any user with that role to change their color by clicking on their name in the user list. Moderators cannot change other's color, but Administrators can copy the hex code of the color.

  Agreed, but I think people with a certain permission should be able to "Manage Role Colors"
