'Reaction messages/notes' as a new feature

It would be cool if we can say something about a not so recent message. Like it will be weird if someone responds to a message from few days ago. So it's probably necessary to say something in a reactions form without using emotes and emote limitations and instead, in the form of messages or notes. (This might still have some character limitations but at least it's not like the emote limitation where you can't repeat the same emote)
