Chat Navigation via Arrow Keys

I understand that editing latest chat with "Up" key is being used. An option to toggle scrolling up and down chats is a good option for those who want to backread without having to use the mouse. This way, those who use the up key to edit last chat is still available while adding options to players who alt tab read without having to move their mouse.

Great accessibility feature! It may be a burden for some users to use the scroll, being able to just press and hold a key to scroll would be a godsend for them.

Yeah, but I want a scroll up scroll down function, like the mouse wheel for navigating chat on keyboard heavy users. Just a small QoL nothing much.
