User specific auto spoiler list

It would be a very useful feature to have a new option in the settings that gives us the ability to write down a list of words, which would be automatically covered by the spoiler tag on the client side. It could include:

1. A basic text box, where words or phrases can be written down in quotes and separated by commas.

2. Options that have to do with typo, space, capital letter and font detection and a toggle that makes the user unable to open automatically set or all spoilers.

3. A search box for easier navigation alongside sorting settings for the order of words in the text box. (less of a necessary feature but useful nonetheless).

4. An optional password lock.

I feel like this function getting added would end up being beneficial to many people and communities, especially ones where individuals all have their own very sensitive topics, for which they don't want to rely on other people to censor out. A large amount of servers could also make use of it. Even more so if it was integrated into the role system.
