Ping here for roles

Please add a way to ping @here for specific roles. I think it would be very helpful and used a lot. Sometimes in servers I want online people to react, but only certain online people. Pinging @here annoys the people it's not for (because somehow people find pings annoying). Please add this feature as I'm sure many people would love it.

  Though there's already an option that allows every member of a server the ability to ping certain roles, an option to make this feature only usable by admins or a more exclusive list of people would be great.
