Status idea spurt

We all have those moments where we need to step away from our devices, and we sit listening to the notifications go off... So we use Do Not Disturb. However, that blocks everything, so you won't know when someone DMs you. Perhaps we can add override functions for Do Not Disturb to allow pings or DMs to go through, and\or add special audio for the DMs\Pings for those times when you're too lazy to enable Do Not Disturb.

Any thoughts added to this might help.
