Uploading pictures above comments

Hello. This feedback is about the possibility of uploading a picture and some text on the same message, but having the picture appear above the text. It could help with the presentation in some channels. Otherwise, it would also be nice to enable us to disable reaction on some specific messages inside a channel. That way, even if we upload the image and the text in two separate messages, they can still appear next to each other without having other people's reaction between them.
