Server-Wide Join/Leave Notification Setting for Voice Channel

I'd like the option to have join and leave notifications disabled for everyone in a specific channel. This would basically make a channel similar to the AFK channel, but without the message that tells you that you went AFK. A voice channel with notifications disabled is extremely useful as a music channel, streaming channel, or simply a general event channel where lots of users are joining and leaving.
