Custom statuses: Stop users from putting NSFW/slurs/promotions in their statuses
The addition of custom statuses was really nice, but it has come with a few problems.
The biggest problem I have with them is that some users constantly put very explicit things in their statuses. I've also seen people complain about people promoting stuff or using slurs in their statuses.
I have the following ideas/suggestions:
1. Let users hide the status of another individual user, or select an option to hide all user statuses from view completely
2. Let server owners/admins/mods have some control over the statuses of their members, like the ability to hide them from everyone in the server
3. Possibly have some sort of word filtering option you can turn on in SFW servers, or something similar
4. Limit visibility of statuses in the server to members with certain roles
Obviously these are all just ideas! The custom statuses are a lot of fun, but could use some improvement.

Yeah this really needs to be a thing. We need custom status message filters in Discord. It's been too long ignored and is becoming a pretty big problem for many server owners.
