The new mobile notification that mutes is awful

1. It's RIGHT where the reply button SHOULD be

2. It only shows up AFTER a second message. So my muscle memory is totally confused. I can't just swipe down and click reply now, I have to make sure I don't ACCIDENTALLY click it just as I receive a second message or NOW I HAVE TO MANUALLY UNMUTE

3. Why would it be the rightmost option? My first instinct when someone messages me twice is to read and reply, not mute them.

This is awful. I personally would like the option to disable the button entirely, but at the very least show some consistency and have it all the way to the left, instead of sometimes where the reply button is, sometimes not. Worst thing ever changed on mobile, I didn't even notice it for a few days and was late to reading messages because I didnt know I muted them!
