Add .BMP previews

Its so frustrating seeing a bmp i sent not having a preview

  While I can't imagine this is a largely requested feature-- BMPs specifically--, I can say I've run into it myself and it is quite the pain to deal with. Same applies for certain audio file types and other video file types.

  Use PNG or JPEG. We are no longer in 2000th

  Naheulf Dunno, I encountered this problem while sharing screenshots from a game(it's a native function of the game to create screenshots) and while the default is .png, it also offers an option to create .bmp captures and these are in much better quallity than .png or .jpeg so I'd rather have Discord to support all the most common formats.

  Naheulf BMP is still used today by many games and it would be no issue to support it. Jpeg is an ancient format as well yet that is still supported just fine. BMP is also still a core image format on Windows.

  Naheulf We are still in the 2000's we still use BMPs a lot. Not just PNG/JPG/JPEG!
