We need action against those bad owners who make users hate them

What we're gonna be doing is adding a bot, not a usual one, but one with a power over the owner but no power over the users. This bot may be used to changing the server ownership to another member by getting majority votes from the server.

    That's a very bad idea.
    If an owner does actions against the ToS or has a bad behavior; please contact Discord and they'll change the ownership if it's necessary: https://dis.gd/contact
